Day 1 · Discovery

A conversation, not a sales call.

A short phone call or a few messages — whatever works for you. I want to understand what you do, where you operate, who your best customers are and what you want more of. No tech questions, no jargon. Just a conversation about your business.

Day 2–3 · Free mockup

See your homepage before paying anything.

Before any money is involved, I design a real homepage for your actual business. Your name, your services, your suburb, written and designed to rank and convert. You see the finished product before you decide anything.

If the mockup is not right, you walk away without being charged. No invoice, no awkward conversation.

Day 4–6 · Build & setup

Full build, GBP optimised, indexed.

Once you approve the mockup I build out the full site (typically 5–6 pages), complete and verify your Google Business Profile, build initial citations across local directories, and prepare everything for launch. Most builds finish in 3 working days.

Day 7 · Live

Site indexed and ranking starts.

I connect your domain, deploy the site, submit your sitemap to Google Search Console and make sure everything is working correctly. From this point your business has a real, indexed, ranking presence online.

Ongoing · Monthly retainer

Compound growth, not set-and-forget.

On the monthly retainer I post Google Business updates twice a week, respond to new reviews, build citations across local directories, improve your keyword targeting and send you a plain-English report at the end of each month showing exactly where you rank and what changed. Results build over 60 to 90 days and compound over time.

actually know before signing up.

I write everything. You do not need to send me a single word. I research your business, your suburb and your competitors, then write copy that is targeted at the specific searches your customers are actually making. If you have specific wording you want included just let me know and I will work it in.
Nothing. The website is yours regardless. It stays live and fully functional. You can continue hosting it yourself or I can keep it running for a small monthly hosting fee. Cancelling the SEO retainer just means I stop doing the monthly ranking work — everything built up to that point remains.
The website is a foundation. The retainer is what actually moves your ranking over time. Google rewards businesses that are consistently active — regular posts, new reviews, growing citations, fresh content. A static website can rank initially but tends to slip without ongoing attention. The retainer is what keeps you moving up rather than being overtaken by competitors who are actively working their presence.
Honestly, it depends on your suburb, your industry and how competitive the search terms are. For most Northern Beaches small businesses in less competitive niches, meaningful movement shows within 30 to 60 days. Being on page one for your primary search term typically happens between 60 and 120 days. I will tell you exactly where you stand from day one and track the movement every month.
Yes, always. I share a preview link before anything goes live. You can click through every page, check the form and request changes. The site does not go live until you are genuinely happy with it. Most clients request one or two small changes — I make them the same day.
Either works. If you already have a domain I will connect the new site to it. If you need a domain I can help you register one — a good .com.au domain typically costs around $20 a year. I handle all the technical setup either way.
That is fine and actually a head start. I will request manager access and work with what is already there — improving the description, filling in any missing fields, adding photos, enabling the right categories and fixing anything that is hurting your ranking. If there are old or incorrect listings elsewhere on the web I will clean those up too.
